Please note that email and webform correspondence from existing and potential psychotherapy clients are included in the clinical record for therapy. Given that psychotherapy services are offered in collaboration with Kathryn and Courtney’s Private Practices (Activate Psychotherapy and Courtney Smyth Counselling), potential psychotherapy clients will be directed to those organizations for registration and ongoing communication. Any information that is provided that qualifies as personal health information is retained according to relevant laws and professional standards the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

While all reasonable precautions are taken to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore Kathryn, Courtney, and Liminalis Collective are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.
